Devisubox collects personal data on its website in several cases:
- When you visit our website: we store and process information about your use of our website. The purpose is to improve your user experience on our website.
- When you use our website we may store and process information about your identity. If you have a personal account to access our platform, we may also store your project address, as well as your email, if you are working for a company, your job title, your country of residence. We also store information on the use you make of our newsletter if you have subscribed to it. The purpose is to customize and improve your user experience on our website.
Devisubox may also reproduce on its website images taken by its photo cameras. The photos put online are systematically subject to an irreversible anonymization process making it impossible to identify them (for more information see our photo anonymization policy).
3. What do we do with this data?
As a matter of principle, we only process your personal data when it is necessary for our business or in order to improve your user experience on our website.
We keep the information you provide to us and that we collect confidential. We do not share or sell this information, which is intended to be used only by Devisubox and its possible subcontractors.
Your personal data will only be kept for the legally permitted periods, which depend on the purpose of our processing. In any case, your data will be deleted as soon as the purpose of its storage no longer exists.
When you visit our website, your collected data can be used in four ways:
- As a visitor, without having a customer account, you do not provide us with any personal information. However, our computer server has access to some of your personal information such as your IP address, your time zone, the amount of data transferred…
We collect this data in order to guarantee you access to our website, the possibility of login and a good browsing experience. This data is kept for an extremely short period of time and is destroyed at the earliest when you log out and at the latest within 30 days.
- The processing of your data through the use of cookies to improve your user experience on our website. Despite the collection of personal information made possible through the use of cookies, we do not create any type of profile or other personal file in your name and in particular we do not implement any practice intended to suggest the consumption of related products.
We remind you that you can set your computer not to accept cookies, which could make it impossible to browse our website.
- If you have an account and a customer interface: we collect and use your personal data only for the purpose of fulfilling the contract concluded and to ensure a good customer experience on our interface.
Data is only collected and used when it is strictly necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. Therefore, there is no systematic collection and processing of personal data of our customers when they use the interface. - If you contact us by email, the personal data you have provided will be kept for the sole purpose of answering your questions and processing your requests.

5. How do we store and protect your data?
We store your personal data on secure servers hosted in the European Union and implement all administrative, technical and physical measures to protect it against loss, theft and misuse, as well as against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction.
Regardless of how we obtain your personal data, we never keep it beyond the legal time limits.
6. What are your rights?
You have the right to access and rectify or update your personal data at any time. These rectifications can be made on request.
In the same way, on simple request, you can be communicated all the personal data that we store concerning you
We inform you that we are obliged to answer you within one month, this period being able to be extended to 2 months in certain cases.

If you notice a violation of your rights, you have the right to notify the Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL – www.cnil.fr) or the competent authority in your country of residence.
